Femasys Reports $331,827 Q2 Revenue and $4.47 Million Net Loss

Femasys (FEMY) reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $331,827, down 18.9% from $409,268 a year earlier. Net loss was $4.47 million, or $1.33 per basic and diluted share, compared with a $4.59 million loss, or $3.18 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

The company said it completed a $30 million private placement, with potential proceeds of up to $90 million upon full cash exercise of warrants. Femasys also reported the launch of FemaSeed Complete at ACOG 2026 and initial commercial use of the product.

  • Second-quarter research and development expense increased 37.6% to $1.95 million.
  • Cash and cash equivalents were approximately $1.4 million as of June 30, 2026.

  • The company received CE Mark approval for its FemHSG Catheter and formed a partnership with AMI Technologies to commercialize its fertility portfolio in Israel.
