CrossAmerica Partners Q2 Net Income Falls to $20.8 Million

CrossAmerica Partners (CAPL) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $20.8 million, down from $25.2 million a year earlier. Operating revenues were $1.18 billion, compared with $961.9 million in the second quarter of 2025.

The partnership reported adjusted EBITDA of $51.8 million and distributable cash flow of $33.6 million. CrossAmerica said retail segment gross profit rose to $85.7 million, while wholesale segment gross profit increased to $27.1 million.

  • Second-quarter net income was $20.8 million, compared with $25.2 million in the prior-year quarter.
  • Basic net income per common unit was $0.53; diluted net income per common unit was $0.52.
  • Retail segment gross profit rose 13% to $85.7 million from $76.1 million.

  • Leverage under the CAPL Credit Facility was 3.57 times as of June 30, 2026.
