Criteo Q2 revenue falls 11% to $428 million

Criteo (CRTO) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $428 million, down 11% from $483 million a year earlier. Net income was $12 million, compared with $23 million in Q2 2025, and diluted EPS was $0.22.

The company appointed Connor McGogney as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 10, 2026. Criteo also said Q2 media spend was $1.1 billion and it deployed $30 million for share repurchases during the quarter.

  • Diluted EPS was $0.22, compared with $0.39 in Q2 2025.
  • Gross profit was $222 million, down 14% year over year.
  • Adjusted EBITDA was $73 million, compared with $89 million in Q2 2025.
  • Retail Media revenue fell 21%, while Performance Media revenue declined 10%.
  • The company now expects fiscal 2026 Contribution ex-TAC to decrease 12% to 10% at constant currency.
