Corteva Raises 2026 Outlook After $6.38 Billion Q2 Sales

Corteva (CTVA) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $6.38 billion, down 1% from a year earlier. GAAP income from continuing operations after income taxes was $1.22 billion, compared with $1.38 billion in the prior-year quarter, and GAAP EPS was $1.81.

For the first half of 2026, net sales rose 4% to $11.28 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook for operating EBITDA and operating EPS, and said it remains on track for the planned Vylor spin-off on October 1, 2026.

  • Second-quarter net sales were $6.379 billion, compared with $6.456 billion a year earlier.
  • First-half net sales were $11.284 billion, up 4% from $10.873 billion in the prior-year period.
  • First-half GAAP income from continuing operations was $1.94 billion, with EPS of $2.88.
  • Seed first-half net sales rose 4% to $7.56 billion, while Crop Protection first-half net sales rose 3% to about $3.73 billion.
  • Corteva expects full-year 2026 operating EBITDA of $4.1 billion to $4.3 billion and operating EPS of $3.60 to $3.80.
  • The company said the planned separation remains targeted for October 1, 2026.
