Coca-Cola Consolidated (COKE) Releases Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Up 10.6%, EPS Rises 10.7%

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. $COKE reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.1 billion, up 10.6% from a year earlier, driven by stronger top-line growth across the business. Gross profit rose to $778.4 million, while operating profit was essentially flat year over year at $271.3 million.

Net income attributable to common shareholders declined to $158.8 million, but diluted earnings per share increased 10.7% to $2.38. The company also generated $215.4 million in cash from operating activities, highlighting continued operating cash generation.

On the cost side, cost of sales climbed 14.5% to $1.3 billion, outpacing gross profit growth and pressuring bottom-line results. Capital spending totaled $84.2 million for property, plant and equipment purchases, while cash and equivalents ended the period at $171.7 million.
