Bausch Health Q2 Revenue Rises 13 Percent to $2.85 Billion

Bausch Health (BHC) reported second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of $2.85 billion, up 13% from $2.53 billion a year earlier. GAAP net income was $260 million, while GAAP net income attributable to Bausch Health was $258 million.

The company reported diluted earnings per share attributable to Bausch Health of $0.68, compared with $0.40 in the prior-year period. Bausch Health also raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance.

  • Second-quarter consolidated operating income was $740 million, up from $444 million a year earlier.
  • Consolidated adjusted EBITDA attributable to Bausch Health was $1.075 billion, up 28% on a reported basis.
  • Cash from operating activities was $671 million, up 132% from $289 million in the second quarter of 2025.
  • Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was updated to $10.790 billion to $11.040 billion.
  • Bausch Health excluding Bausch + Lomb reported revenue of $1.458 billion, up 16% from the prior-year period.
