Apollo Reports $1.3 Billion Q2 Net Income Attributable to Common Stockholders

Apollo Global Management (ATH-PE) reported second-quarter 2026 GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.3 billion, or $2.18 per share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total revenues were $11.153 billion, compared with $6.814 billion in the year-earlier quarter.

The company reported total assets under management of $1.047 trillion and fee-generating AUM of $858 billion. Apollo said second-quarter inflows totaled $60 billion, with $38 billion from Asset Management and $22 billion from Retirement Services.

  • GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders was $1.336 billion in 2Q 2026.
  • Basic EPS was $2.18, while diluted EPS was $2.15.
  • Fee Related Earnings were $785 million, up 25% year over year.
  • Spread Related Earnings were $877 million, up 7% year over year.
  • Total AUM rose 25% year over year to $1.047 trillion.
  • Apollo repurchased $102 million of shares in the second quarter.
