  • A summary of the notifications received, including data on geographic areas and the specific industries from which notifications were sent.
  • Recommendations for agencies that issued the burdensome rules.
  • A summary of actions taken by the Chief Counsel in response to these notifications, such as comments or analyses submitted regarding the rules.
