3. Limitation of Social Security Benefits

The bill stipulates that no individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States can receive any benefits described in the following categories:

• Old-age, survivors, or disability insurance benefits
• Medicare program benefits
• Benefits under state plans approved under the Social Security Act
• Child health plan benefits
• Supplemental security income benefits
• Assistance under state programs funded under the Social Security Act
• Any other benefits administered by the Social Security Administration
