TUPELO, Miss., Aug. 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Renasant Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Catherine Mealor will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jim Mabry, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2020, will step down from the Chief Financial Officer role at the end of 2026, and transition into retirement in early 2027. Mealor will officially join the Company on October 5, 2026, and assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2027.
The Company also announced today that the Board of Directors expressed its intention to nominate Mabry for election as a director at the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, subject to its standard nominating procedures.
