(NYSE: NWAX) (the “Company”) today announced that George O’Leary has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective August 26, 2026, and that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Tim S. Ledwick as Chief Financial Officer and Christopher Devall as Chief Operating Officer, in each case effective as of the same date. Mr. O’Leary’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
